RESOLUCION DE PANTALLA

SOLUCION AL PROBLEMA EN MI LAP TOP DESPUES DE INSTALAR (EL LIC. RAUL REYES P.) UBUNTU 7.10

Abre un terminal y escribe:

sudo gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf ( la X de "X11" es mayúscula)

Busca la Section "Screen" y dentro de esta fijate en las SubSection "Display".

En todas las SubSection, donde pone Modes agrega tu resolucion de la misma forma que estan las demas.

Ejemplo:

SubSection "Display"

Depth 1

Modes "1280x800" "1024x768" "800x600" "640x480"

EndSubSection

Agrega tu resolucion para que quede así

SubSection "Display"

Depth 1

Modes "aqui_va_la_resolucion_nueva" "1280x800" "1024x768" "800x600" "640x480"

EndSubSection

Guarda, reinicia el entorno grafico y prueba.
